As with so many who end up doing what they really love, my journey into Food Therapy was very much a personal one.
After I had made my decision to become a vegetarian, I wanted to be sure of a sound, healthy diet during pregnancy. I didn't know it at the time, but this would be my first step to becoming a fully qualified nutritional therapist.
Now as a highly qualified and experienced practitioner in my field, I see every day the wonderful things people can achieve with the right approach to their diet. My work makes such a difference to people’s lives, and this knowledge gives me a genuine sense of fulfillment.
Please take a little time to look through my site, and call me if you
think I may be able to help. I look forward to talking… Jane Bains
